Raise Funds & Have Fun!

Buy-in Parties (FKA: Pay to Plays or Hosted Parties) will be made available to our entire parent community. Buy-in parties ranging from themed dinner parties to wine tastings, sports outings, art or fitness classes, are formatted as a group buy-in, so many people can bid and take advantage of these social gatherings throughout the year which benefit the Learning Fund.

Consider co-hosting with other families or get the whole class or grade involved (a great alternative to curating a Class Basket Lot!)

  • College Gameday Party

    • Pick your season and your sport… football and basketball are fun!

      • Can be hosted any time of day

      • Encourage college branded attire and swag

      • Play beer pong, flip cup, kings cup, etc.

      • Serve fun college food - could be as funny as a full instant ramen bar, two-buck chuck, etc…

  • The Learning Fund raises funds year round. Your party can take place anytime. Depending on your timing the revenue will count toward the current year Auction event goal or the following year, but it all counts! You name the date/time/location.

  • Complete the form to submit your party to the auction! Some restrictions per the SRVEF may apply.

  • Host/s should absorb the costs of the event so 100% of the ticket revenue generated goes to Green Valley Learning Fund. However, limited reimbursements may be available, reach out to auctiongve@gmail.com to inquire.

  • Hosted parties are sold on the auction website in advance of the auction and up until the auction closes (most will not be included in the live auction portion of the event, but will be listed during the silent auction with links to bid online).

  • Tickets will be available to purchase towards your party online. You will need to designate how many people are able to attend your event, and proposed ticket cost per person.

  • You will receive a contact list in the weeks following the auction for everyone who purchased a ticket towards your party. You can then contact them with more information about your event!
